  • Is my information kept private?
    Yes. Your details are used only to arrange and manage your consultation. We do not publish client information or testimonials, and consultation notes are never shown publicly.
  • How do I pay?
    You can pay by PayShap, EFT/bank transfer, or secure card checkout once it is enabled. All amounts are in South African rand (ZAR).
  • When is my booking confirmed?
    Your booking is confirmed once payment has been verified. For PayShap and EFT you upload proof of payment, and confirmation follows once it is approved.
  • Can I reschedule or cancel?
    Bookings can be rescheduled or cancelled online more than 24 hours before the appointment. Closer to the time, please contact us directly.
